Today is Wednesday August 20th of 2025,I got up at 8:00 am and ate breakfast,it was sopa and boiled eggs,I took my medicine and was on my way to the gym by 9:00 am.At the gym I did some light walking for about 30 mins,and then headed home I have another gym session with lifting and running today when my brother gets home from work.In terms of how much progress I’ve made when it comes to the gym I am now able to chest press two plates and bench press a plate and 10 pounds.I can do 10 reps of this until I feel fatigued and I’ve also been working on my legs,I now have the ability to do 50 squats straight in one attempt.When it comes to running and cardio I think I can walk and run for about 2 hours buts it’s been a while since I’ve tried to complete a 7 mile distance.I’ve done about 27,000 steps in about 2 hours and 15 mins,it is a blessing to still have my legs and still be able to run.Here are three things Im grateful for today starting with 1.My lunch was very good 2.I was able to wake up another day 3.My mom got to work safely.
